Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping  At Orchid we do not believe in inflating postage costs, we simply pass on the cost of the postage we are charged. Orchid usually delivers products through British Royal Mail within the U.K. We charge £3.50 per item sent 1st Class recorded delivery to the U.K.. We will send your order by 1st class recorded delivery. Overseas customers  will recieve their orders by British Royal Air Mail. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day or next day but please allow up to 5 working days. In the unlikely event of one of our products being out of stock we will contact you and offer you an exchange or you can cancel your order.
  • Returns & Exchanges  At Orchid we realise the need for your peace of mind when shopping on the internet so we provide a returns & exchanges service with no re- stocking fees.
  • Returns  If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased simpy return it within 7 days of reciept and you will recieve a full refund. Please note that the following conditions apply: Goods must be returned in their original condition and must not have been worn (you may of course try on for size)  Shipping/ postal fees are not refundable Customer are responsible for shipping/ postal costs if orders are refused by customers.  We are not responsible for goods lost in transit so we recommend  you choose recorded delivery
  • Exchanges  If you decide to exchange an item you have purchased for a different size, colour or style, simply return the item within 7 days of reciept and we will replace it as soon as possible (usually next day). Please note the following conditions apply: Goods must be returned in their original condition and must not have been worn (you may of course try on for size) We do not pay for return postage We will exchange the goods at no additional cost to our customers and send the goods by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at our cost. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit so we recommend you choose recorded delivery.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items  In the unlikely event of you recieving a damaged, defective or incorrect item we will promptly send you a replacement. Simply send us the item within 7 days of reciept by recorded delivery. We will reimburse the return postage and send the replacement (usually the next day) at no additional cost to the customer. We will not reimburse returns made by courier service. Any damage or alteration caused by the customer will not be eligable for replacement, refund or exchange.
  • Cancelling an order  Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will ship your order as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped we can cancel it for you, a 5% cancellation will be charged to offset the charges of online payment gateways. We will not however  be able to cancel an order that has already been shipped.
